Clicking Tags and Categories doesn't do what you expect it to do

Whenever you click on a tag, it takes you to a 404 page. https://alextac.com/projects/project-maverick -> https://alextac.com/tags/projectmaverick

Categories aren't clickable, but they probably should be.
