Moving below the last visible row via cursor down fails#14

Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Set NUM_EXAMPLE_ITEMS to 1000
  2. Start demo app
  3. Select an item
  4. Press cursor down repeatedly
  5. Observe that PXListView scrolls to the absolute bottom once the selection moves to a row that's invisible
