Error messaging needs work #16
Description
MathHotSpotErrors doesn't smell right. Clean up required.
In particular, CoreLessonProblemTypes error messaging is messy. When a user tries to add a problem type to a Lesson, the error message should ideally be generated through the CLPT model, but displayed cleanly in the Lesson#view rendered after the failed CLPTcontroller#create call.
