Pass temporary directory to the dirac_job_setup method #56
Description
Rather than creating the tmp_runscript for the method, allow the overloadable method to create it's own and only pass the temporary dir in. This means that the overloadable method won't need to do a dirname on the runscript to find the tmp directory and it's up to the method itself what to call the files.
