The market stream unsubscribeOrderBook function times out.

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to 'Open a market stream web socket connection'
2. Once connected 'subscribeOrderBook()'
3. Once completed and successful unsubscribeOrderBook()'
4. See error

Expected behavior
unsubscribeOrderBook does not time out.
