Tesla Model 3 Cluster Instrument #2

Hello, i could not write you an email, i want to ask you if its possible to create such a ui for Tesla model 3 which does come without any cluster instrument. There is some Hardware from the Chinese Market https://www.hautopart.com/product/model-3-y-steering-wheel-center-console-screen/ which is running on Android Automotive. Is it possible to adapt your UI to this Hardware ?
