bug(devnet): Alephium container has error: no space left

## Description

When I try to run the devnet node by `make start-devnet`, the `alephium` container encounters no space left error. uncommenting this help: https://github.com/alephium/alephium-stack/blob/master/devnet/docker-compose.yml#L15. Not sure if it is expected or only on my device?
