Wrong URL encoding

Describe the issue
Hello, thanks for the great app. When I tried the URL Encoder & Decoder, it didn't successfully encode the special characters listed in this.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to URL Encoder & Decoder
2. Type @ into the input

Expected behavior
Should encode to %40

I also came here to report this. An & is also not correctly encoded
