@SergioUno as stated in the readme, I am using the algorithms that have been written on the book "Astronomical Algorithms" by Jean Meeus here the pdf

You can find the exact algorithms in chapter 5.

I am sure that algorithm is correct. The problem is in implementation.

Compare it with your implementation and you can see that your El and Azimuth is wrong.
