Enhancement : allow usage of sshoot.d/*.yaml #15

Hi
I love your tool and we use it every day.
We have several profiles and we shared them with my team's members.
It would be much easier to have a sshoot.d/ with one file per customer. We could git this repo and updates would be much easier to do , for all users of sshoot.
Would you be interessed by such a feature ? Maybe one of my coworkers could contribute to a PR ...
