Installation guide update query #4

Excellent project – very keen to apply. Some issues worth highlighting, initial issues with installation of the previous project (https://github.com/alberlab/pgs) led me to use this instead. Unlike PGS, IGM has excellent installation guide; however, if followed as described here will lead to pybigwig inconsistency. One of the packages requires pybigwig requires >=0.3.22 version, which is incompatible with python 3.6, which is mentioned initially in the guidelines. However, if one starts with installation of alabtools (https://github.com/alberlab/alabtools) and then installs the remaining dependencies, it works perfectly. Please update the installation guide. Thank you!
