docs(docs): Add new docs, assets, and Copilot prompts
Updated Obsidian workspace configuration and added new documentation and assets. Added ai_antigravaty.md and images in docs/assets/ai_antigravaty. Added multiple Copilot custom prompts under docs/copilot/copilot-custom-prompts including: Emojify, Explain like I am 5, Fix grammar and spelling, Generate glossary, Generate table of contents, Make longer, Make shorter, Remove URLs, Rewrite as tweet thread, Rewrite as tweet, Simplify, Summarize, Translate to Chinese.
