parse options --tools and --desktop

If the script would be called to install pentest tools with no desktop environment, the user should call it:
setup-pentest --tools
Should the user want to install a pentest desktop environment, He should call the script:
setup-pentest --dektop

If the user do not pass argument, the default choice must be --tools
