When you use "auth set" those credentials are seemingly not used in the TUI or Web UI?

I'm trying to figure out how to use this, it's a bit confusing. It seems like if I use "handler auth set" the credentials are not used in the TUI. Also in the TUI there's no easy way to pick a prior URL that has auth setup and use that auth automatically, is that right?

Hey @dobesv, yes Handler is still in beta and at the moment the auth set in the CLI is not shared between the CLI sessions and the TUI session.

Sorry about the confusion! I'll keep this issue open and update you when I've worked out smoother authentication flows.

I was experimenting last week with different authentication credential handling patterns in #28 , I'll take any ideas or thoughts around how to handle this into consideration!

As for the web UI, that runs on Textual Serve which serves up the TUI in a subprocess and communicates with that subprocess using websockets.

For communicating with authenticated agents, you can add your credentials in the Auth tab:
