Support for typesense search analytics

I’m trying to enable Typesense search analytics in my cluster. According to the TyKo docs, I can do this by setting the TYPESENSE_ENABLE_SEARCH_ANALYTICS environment variable through a ConfigMap. However, I don’t see a way to mount on volume to the analytics directory.

I would appreciate some help @akyriako
