From Reminder-Mail folder fix reminder script.

The code in reminder.py is not good.
For example use ("{}".format()) to relace name, date, time etc in HTML string. (currently used + for adding string and two html file to join one.)
There are many other small fixes. 

After these fixes, we will add contests in DB or JSON file instead of adding in List.
