clean_up_cube.pro - apodize keyword & conv_with_gauss.pro

The apodize keyword and apod_kern parameter are not passed from cube_pipeline.pro to clean_up_cube.pro.
My version of conv_with_gauss.pro does not handle IDL cubes/headers as input/output but only fits files.
