Google Drive access issues related to CodeRL models

We need to download the CodeT5-finetuned_critic , CodeT5-finetuned_critic_binary and CodeT5-finetuned_CodeRL but the google cloud for them is private . Please tell if there is a way to access them , we require that for our institutional course project work . Thanks
