Mail Sending Limit issue

I have installed the Mail Sending Limit but unable to get " Inherit mail.process_email_queue() to apply that limit to send email to SMTP provider". Please assist how to inherit mail.process....

Installed the module. Mass mailing letters does not use this limit? At me all letters have gone and there were no restrictions.
