Pouseuille flow test case
- Get poiseuille flow lammps code running
- visualize in vmd
- compare MD to analytic solution
- use my code to check spatial distribution of the velocity
- create code to write atom data based on specific subdomain region
Aim for 8/6 - 8/8 completed
Polyamide case
- how long does data take to run using my code with 80000 atoms
- grab 10 to 20 consecutive time steps of polyamide files and extract all water molecules within polyamide the whole time
- from those molecules tell how many there are and take some locations and create csv that gives position at each timestep
- work on presentation, completed by 8/21
