Monthly vs Yearly Subs

Hi there! love the docker container. I was just wondering if there might ever be a way to differentiate between yearly and monthly subscriptions and allow me to enter the renewal date? It'd be nice to at least have the ability to enter the renewal date just so I don't forget when the yearly subscriptions are due. Let me know what ya think, Thanks!

@Tannman129 that's a good idea ! I have already assigned a coding agent to that feature before at #45, I have asked it to try agin. We will see if the agent succeed and if that's the case I will merge the changes and we can have these features built into the app ;)
