"hasOwnProperty is not a function" error when using jQuery 3

jQuery 1 and 2 work fine, but with jQuery 3 I get the error:

Uncaught TypeError: n.hasOwnProperty is not a function
at t.uses (jquery.touch.min.js:2)
at t.doMove (jquery.touch.min.js:2)
at HTMLDivElement.u (jquery.touch.min.js:2)
at HTMLDivElement.dispatch (jquery-3.5.0.min.js:2)
at HTMLDivElement.v.handle (jquery-3.5.0.min.js:2)

jQuery 3.4 is fine.

If you want to use jQuery 3.5, you can change the calls:
n.hasOwnProperty(x)

To:
Object.prototype.hasOwnProperty.call(n, x)

(total of 12 calls in jquery.touch.js)
