Documentation for Windows CMake seems incorrect

Hey, I'm building from the ntv2_17_5_0 tag. The documentation for Windows states:

`If the build completes without errors, the static library should be in out\build\<arch>-<build type>\ajantv2 under the libajantv2 directory.`

However this does not seem correct, as the static library ends up in:

`libajantv2\build\ajantv2\Debug` and `libajantv2\build\ajantv2\Release`
