Feature request: improve test-runner command line feedback

There has been a request for this feature, so the user knows with more certainty what the test-runner is up to.

EDIT: Essentially the stdout-reporter works differently than the other reporters. While all other reporters are wise to wait until all tests have finished before they write the reports to the disk, the stdout-reporter could report results as soon as they are available.
