- Removed EU AI Act card entirely
- Updated title/description to 'NIST & OWASP'

framework.md:
- Removed EU AI Act from Standards Mapping pillar

index.md (home):
- Removed EU AI Act from Standards Mapping card

about.md:
- Added Article 5 to publications table
- Added NCCoE submission to NIST Submissions table
- Renamed section from 'NIST Submission' to 'NIST Submissions'

Build tested locally before pushing. Tracked in #96.
