Add default MCPC settings to hardware overview section of wiki

Right now, the hardware overview section only contains a few of the default MCPC settings. Next time we have access to an MCPC, we should go through all of the settings (long press on the dial, and then turn to go through them one-by-one) and document them so we don't have to guess at what they are each time.
