Create and test v1.0.0 Image

Create an ISO image of the newest [release](https://github.com/airpartners/logger/releases/tag/v1.0.0) and store it in some place and document what that place is. Update [provisioning](https://github.com/airpartners/logger/wiki/provisioning) as well with where that is. Be sure to test this and se ewhere provisioning needs to start.
