Field 1st and 2nd number accepts special caracters

Field 1st and 2nd number accepts special caracters + or - after a positive number.
Steps:

1. Open TestHub.exe
2. Input positive number and - or +
3. Input any number
   Expected result: error message "Input string was not in a correct format" appears.
   Actual result: program accepts - or + after the number as - or + before it.
