Fix mislocated changelog entries

There are a few mislocated entries. And below entries should be moved to a new Unreleased section in the changelog.

- Added `selected_sort_kind` prop to `WholeList` to expose the currently selected
  sort option to the caller.
- Added `deselected_directions` field to `ComplexSelection` to persistently
  store directions for deselected Network/IP items across component remounts.

Above are mislocated in the merging process of #555 and #562.
