Search, Darkmode and Global Graph Component's HTML not loading properly. (Google Chrome)

The Quartz components for Search, Graph (Global Graph Icon) and Darkmode are not loading properly across all pages, prohibiting their functionality.

To Reproduce

1. Go here
2. You should see the earlier mentioned components are not rendered properly, no styling, no functionality.
