Hello, I use SSNpipe to group the example file clanB.fasta, which is consistent with the example results. clanB.fasta is divided into two groups, GH16 and GH17. Can SSNpipe group sequences according to their subfamily, such as GH16_1? If possible, how to achieve this idea?
