Error using get_terms to search OLS

I am not able to get the get_terms function working in Python 3.13. The error is below. This call is using a valid namespace and no params.
Any ID what is going on? Maybe changes to API call not yet gotten into the code? I have added the installed Python packages below the image. Any help, very much appreciated...
