Retrieve parce location information from FarmCalendar

This feature will let the service work with internal parcel_id and get location information from FarmCalendar

And what we will actually do with parcel_id once we received it?
Add it to responses e.g., /api/v1/dataset/{dataset_id}/analysis?

basically passing the parcel id
(This filter is not yet in the main branch, right now on the main branch you only have the information about the parcel of each irrigation operation, but not the filter)
