Adjust adjacent feature opacity

Adjacent features can obscure the view of the currently viewed project and viewers need options to hide certain features.

Tasks

• Add mobile friendly UI to allow adjacent features to have their opacity controlled by project status
• Optionally add UI to allow adjacent features to have their opacity controlled by feature type

Viewers already have a way to control the opacity of the features in the currently viewed project
