Site area polygon tool tips

It would be useful to have a tooltip that informs users how to complete the polygon (e.g., double clicking) when using the polygon delineation tool.

Client concerned about less tech savvy operators. Open to recommendations here, but one possibility could be some simple prompts while they're digitizing, like...

This was a feature of the 3x javascript api that is no longer a feature in 4x. I'll look into what it would take to add back.
