Allow Admin Users to Sort/Filter By Inventory Status #423

Issue
Admin users are finding it challenging to keep track of inventory statuses given the increasing list of sites and inventories.
Background
The UIC Inventory Web App has been in use for a good while and now contains close to 200 sites and inventories. As more inventory submissions continue to come in and the site/inventory list continues to grow, admin users have been finding it challenging to keep track of inventories that are being processed. There have been a few instances where a submitted inventory gets lost within the multitude of submissions leading to a delay in the processing of the specific inventory.
Request
If possible, it would be helpful if admin users had a way to sort and/or filter sites based on inventory status. Here is a rough example for reference:
The goal of this request is to provide admin users with a quick way to see which inventories still need to be processed/completed.
