Creation of Default AORs

For an AuthorizationType of 'IP' for 'Individual Permit', the default AOR is a 2-mile radius circle around the well for which the individual permit is issued. I do this manually in Pro by selecting the well in question, open 'Edit' tab, select Modify in the features block, then navigating to Construct > and seleccting Buffer. You must select the template UDEQ.UICADMIN.UICAreaOfReview and defining the buffer distance: 2 miles
