Upgrade Postgres Version by Feb 2026 #359
Description
We are currently on v13 which reaches extended support in Feb of 2026. It would be a good idea to upgrade to a newer version in 2025.
Considerations:
- Postgis compatibility
- Pro version support (DWR uses Pro to read and write data)
- Backend javascript library support
- Palletjack compatibility
