Upload File to Define AOI

Enable users to upload a file to define an AOI. The file type could support a variety of formats such as Shapefile, File Geodatabase, GeoJSON, KML, etc. We are building a very similar feature for WRI so the effort level would be lower.

This would require a public function which requires an updated archer package. I think that this can be done entirely client-side.
