Add additional items types support to restore function

The following types are currently being backed up but do not work with the restore function:

```
arcgis.gis.ItemTypeEnum.WEB_EXPERIENCE.value,
arcgis.gis.ItemTypeEnum.WEB_MAP.value,
arcgis.gis.ItemTypeEnum.WEB_SCENE.value,
arcgis.gis.ItemTypeEnum.WEB_MAPPING_APPLICATION.value,
```

We need to investigate how to restore these types. My initial attempts just broke the items permanently.
