Can't apply in 1 file for haploid version, marker DYS385 typing for example "1115" and DYS458 "18.2" #8

I need to apply the file with Yfiler Plus with 27 markers and add marker DYS385 with two alleles in a haploid version so I write it together "1115" like one score. When I have in the same file also marker DYS458 with locus 18.2 (write with dot "."), the STRaf program rejects it.
Applying the file separately only with a four-digit number like "1115" or only locus with dot 18.2, the STRaf program accepts it.
I need to apply the whole haplotype with 27 markers because it only makes sense then.
