Add the template generators

I assume that the template files have been generated automatically. Would you mind adding the generator script to the gem so we can use it to create larger bracket trees if we have to? Thanks!

I'm writing them. I already did it for the single elimination brackets, see the pull request #3

I need some help for the double elimination brackets, as I don't get the algorithm to generate the loosers brackets seat positions starting from the winner brackets. Can anybody explain that to me? I'll translate that into code for the gem ;-)
