Flaky tests list and video

As I know, failed tests list in report actually list of tests that failed 2 times.
It would be nice to see the list of flaky tests (failed once and passed then on the second run).

And for analyzing flakiness of these tests it would be great to have recorded video (now only for failed tests, not flaky)
