<h3>Membership Service Agreement</h3>
<h4>Developer: Beijing Xiantu Technology Co., Ltd.</h4>
<p>1. Acceptance and Modification of Service Terms<br>
1.1 This agreement is concluded between the App and membership users. This agreement describes the rights and obligations between this application and membership users who have purchased membership regarding software licensing, service usage, and related matters. “Membership user” or “you” refers to a natural person, legal person, or unincorporated organization that enjoys the membership services of the App.<br>
1.2 We reserve the right to modify the service terms of this agreement at any time. Once the service terms are changed or modified, we will indicate the modified content on relevant pages. If membership users do not agree with the modifications, they may cancel the services obtained and stop using them. If membership users continue to use the services provided by the App, they will be deemed to have accepted all modifications to this agreement.<br>
1.3 Please review and decide whether to accept this agreement. Minors should review and perform it under the accompaniment of a legal guardian. A minor’s exercise and performance of rights and obligations under this agreement shall be deemed to have obtained the legal guardian’s approval. When enjoying membership services, you must fully and strictly comply with the terms of this service agreement.</p>

<p>2. Service Description<br>
2.1 Membership services include different levels such as annual membership and monthly membership. Members of different levels may enjoy membership benefits within the service period they are entitled to.<br>
2.2 The membership pricing standard is subject to the detailed pricing displayed in the App.<br>
2.3 Membership benefits include free use of all content within the App.<br>
2.4 We have the right to supervise, remind, and inspect all online activities of membership users. If a membership user’s behavior violates relevant laws and regulations or violates the terms of this agreement, we have the right to require correction and pursue liability.<br>
2.5 All services we provide to membership users are limited to use within this App only.</p>

<p>3. Purchase of Membership Services and Account Inquiry<br>
3.1 Once you become a membership user, you are deemed to acknowledge the price indicated for the service. After becoming a member, the service takes effect immediately.<br>
3.2 Online usage rights: Your membership service period will not be extended due to interruptions, termination, rollback, or similar situations in your use of the App content during the service period.<br>
3.3 The services provided under membership have fixed service periods. Once you become a member, you are deemed to have acknowledged its service period.</p>

<p>4. Member Rights and Restrictions<br>
4.1 Users agree to reasonably enjoy membership benefits. Membership benefits are for personal use only and may not be transferred or gifted to others. Users may not illegally obtain benefits using membership benefits, may not sell the benefits they enjoy in any form, and may not abuse membership benefits. If a user’s improper behavior causes us to reasonably suspect or determine such abuse, we have the right to suspend or close the user’s related benefits. In addition, the user shall bear corresponding responsibilities and consequences.<br>
4.2 If a membership user continuously violates this agreement or relevant national laws and regulations, or if the membership user’s behavior harms our or others’ reputation and interests, we have the right to cancel the user’s membership qualification without any compensation.<br>
4.3 No membership user may use nicknames or avatars that contain illegal, obscene, insulting, or personal attack meanings. Once discovered, we have the right to cancel the user’s membership qualification without any compensation or refund.</p>

<p>5. Changes to the Agreement<br>
5.1 If we change service content, service methods, and/or the content of this user agreement in accordance with this agreement, and the member continues to use the above services we provide, the member shall be deemed to have accepted such adjustments.<br>
5.2 Once the membership agreement is modified, we will publish the modified content on the page. Upon publication, it shall be deemed as notice to membership users.<br>
5.3 When using the services provided by the App, if a member suffers any personal injury or property loss, damage, or harm, regardless of the cause, we shall not be responsible. If a member discloses their personal password to others or shares their registered account with others, we shall not be responsible for any personal data leakage caused thereby.</p>

<p>6. Interruption and Termination of Services<br>
6.1 If membership services cannot continue due to force majeure events such as government actions or other force majeure, we will notify membership users as quickly as possible, but we shall not bear any losses caused to membership users thereby and will not refund membership service fees.<br>
6.2 If a member violates or is deemed to violate the content of these service terms, we have the right to immediately terminate all services you have purchased, and cancel your membership account and usage rights without notifying you, and will not refund any paid membership service fees.<br>
6.3 Our failure to exercise or delayed exercise of any rights under this agreement does not constitute a waiver of such rights. The exercise of any single or partial right under this agreement does not exclude the exercise of any other rights. We have the right at any time to require you to continue to perform your obligations and bear corresponding liability for breach.</p>

<p>7. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction<br>
7.1 The effectiveness, performance, interpretation, and dispute resolution of these service terms shall be governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China. If any part of these service terms is invalid due to conflict with current laws of the People’s Republic of China, it shall not affect the validity of other parts.<br>
7.2 If any dispute arises regarding the content or implementation of this agreement, the parties shall attempt to resolve it through friendly negotiation. If negotiation fails, all disputing parties agree that any party may bring a lawsuit to the local People’s Court.</p>
