Description
STR:
- Start an agent in the process
- Start a device in GCE
- Start a tracker in docker
- Run "solve" without explicitly mentioning a tracker
ER:
SurfKit finds the existing tracker and uses it
AR:
SurfKit doesn't see an existing tracker; it creates a new one (and it is created), but then fails with an exception (communication error).
