This is Samsung Knox / Play Protect flagging the APK because it uses accessibility services and is sideloaded (not from Play Store). It's a false positive — PokeClaw doesn't contain malware.

To install, tap "Install anyway" or "More details" → "Install without scanning". Samsung flags most sideloaded apps that request accessibility permissions.

Long-term fix would be publishing to Play Store, which is on the roadmap.
