Crashes, looses accesibility access, need to disable and enable them again

This is unfortunately an Android system-level behavior — when an app crashes, the OS automatically revokes its accessibility service binding as a safety measure. We can't prevent this from the app side.

What we can do (and will add in a future update) is detect when accessibility access is lost and prompt you to re-enable it, instead of silently failing.

In the meantime, v0.3.0 has better crash resilience overall. If you're still seeing frequent crashes, please share the device model and Android version so I can investigate.
