[BUG]Gui wont open

When i double click on the downloaded thing no gui pops up its the same if i right click on it then press open
To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to '...' download resourcepack converter gui 2.2.6
2. 2. Click on '....' double click on it or right click and click open
3. Scroll down to '....'
4. See error
