Improve Wording when no network host exist

Currently the wording is "Mitgliedschaftsstatus 	Mitglied, Netzzugang gesperrt" when there just is no network host. A better wording would be "Mitglied, Kabelgebundener Netzzugang nicht aktiviert". In times of WiFi enabled dorms more and more students have no LAN but only WLAN in use and shouldn't get worried by this misinterpreted status.
