256 bit cypher suite #24

128 bits might not last forever. The BSI recommends end of usage by 2026 (see bsi).
Describe the solution you'd like
A configurable key (exchange) strength of 256 bit would be nice. With this requirements the factoring modulus (RSA?) should have a size of 15'360 bits. EC would only need 512 bits (see keylength).
The class 'ConfigFacade' would be a great location for the new settings.
